TPS3808G33QDBVRQ1 Description


To achieve 0.5 percent threshold accuracy for VIT 3.3 V, the TPS3808G33QDBVRQ1 requires a precision reference. The reset delay period can be modified to 20 milliseconds by disconnecting the CT pin, 300 milliseconds by connecting the CT pin to VDD via a resistor, or 1.25 milliseconds to 10 milliseconds by connecting the CT pin to an external capacitor. With a typical quiescent current of 2.4 A, the TPS3808G33QDBVRQ1 is well suited for battery-powered applications. The TPS3808G33QDBVRQ1 is offered in a tiny SOT-23 package (one option available in WSON) and is temperature specified from –40°C to +125°C (TJ).
