TPS3820-33DBVR Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 5 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. When 3.3V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. It has a total of 5 pins that are attached to IC management. There are 5 pins on the supervisor. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1.1V. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts.
