TPS3838J25DBVT Overview
Power management is mounted through 5 terminals. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please refer to power management for SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. When a supply voltage of 1.8V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. The mount is provided by Surface Mount.
