In the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 4.5V~28V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. With this switching controller, you can switch at Up to 1MHz.
