TPS40422RHAR Overview


Capsuled in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. 2 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 4.5V~20V. Suitable for work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. There is a switch at 100kHz~1MHz that can be used with this controller. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Frequency Control, Power Good. Switch converters are connected to ICs with DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at QUAD . Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 40 terminations.
