Capsuled in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. A solid enclosure of Tube surrounds pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 1.8V~9V. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~85°C TA is the -40°C~85°C TArm. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 250kHz~1MHz position.
