TPS51120RHBR Overview
The switching controller fits in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 2. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 4.5V~28V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Worked in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher before. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Enable, On Time Control, Power Good for efficient switching control.
