TPS5120MDBTREP Overview
The switching controller fits in the 30-TFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. 2 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sdc control's supply and operating voltages are 4.5V~28V. Worked in a -55°C~125°C TA dc switcher before. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 300kHz position. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Enable, Power Good, Soft Start provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control.
