TPS54060DGQR            Description

 

  The TPS54060 device is a 60-V0.5-ASTEP step-down regulator that integrates high-end MOSFET. Current mode control provides simple external compensation and flexible component selection. The low ripple pulse hopping mode reduces the current of the no-load regulating output power supply to 116 uA. When using the enable pin, when the enable pin is low, the power supply current is reduced to 1.3 uA.

The VIN undervoltage lock is internally set to 2.5V, but you can use the enable pin to increase the output voltage to start the ramp. The output voltage start ramp is controlled by slow start pins and can also be configured for sorting / tracking. The good signal of the open-drain power supply indicates that the output is in the range of 94% to 107% of the nominal voltage.

A wide switching frequency range allows for optimal efficiency and external component size frequency folding and thermal turn-off to protect devices under overload conditions.

TPS54060 offers a 10-pin enhanced HVSSOP PowerPADM package and a 10-pin 3-mm*3 mm VSON package.
