TPS54160DGQR Description


The TPS54160DGQR is a 60-V, 1.5-A step down regulator with a high-side MOSFET incorporated. Current mode control allows for simple external compensation and a wide range of component choices. The no-load, regulated output supply current is reduced to 116 A by using a low ripple pulse skip mode. The shutdown supply current is decreased to 1.3 A by using the enable pin.
