It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is available for this voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 500kHz. Input voltage 5.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 1.22V.
