TPS54331DDAR Description
The TPS54331DDAR is a non-synchronous buck converter with a low RDS(on) high-side MOSFET that operates at 28 V and 3 A. A pulse skipping Eco-mode feature is automatically enabled to optimize efficiency under light loads. The device can also be used in battery-powered applications because to the 1-pA shutdown supply-current.
