A 60-V 0.5-A step-down regulator with an integrated high-side MOSFET is the TPS57060QDGQRQ1. Current-mode control allows for simple external compensation and component selection flexibility. The no-load, regulated output supply current is reduced to 116 A using a low-ripple pulse-skip mode. The shutdown current is lowered to 1.3 A when the enable pin is in the low condition.
