For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Cut Tape (CT) package. There are 10 terminations in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. There are 2 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. 700kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 2Vin 3.3V volts.
