TPS61097-33DBVT Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 5 terminations in this voltage regulator. A BATTERY CHARGE CONTROLLER type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 0.9V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 200mA Switch output current. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 1.2V.
