TPS61220DCKR Description


Devices from the TPS6122x family offer a power-supply solution for products that use one cell Li-Ion or Li-polymer or two or three alkaline, NiCd, or NiMH batteries. The input-to-output voltage ratio affects the potential output currents. The boost converter uses synchronous rectification to achieve optimum efficiency at the lowest possible quiescent currents. It is based on a hysteretic controller topology. The adjustable version's output voltage can either be preset using an external resistor divider or fixed internally.
