Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There are 6 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a BATTERY CHARGE CONTROLLER voltage regulator. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363 package to save space. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches Up to 2MHz. Input voltage 0.7V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators.
