It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are 6 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 6-UFBGA, DSBGA package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v.
