TPS62020DRCR Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. In this voltage regulator, there are 10 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. There is a 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 1.25MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.5V as an input voltage. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.7V. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible.
