TPS62063DSGT Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Cut Tape (CT) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 8 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 3MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 6V.
