TPS62120DCNR Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Space-saving SOT-23-8 packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. Up to 800kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator.
