TPS62140RGTT Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. A voltage regulator consists of 16 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package to save space. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. 2.5MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.9V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible.
