TPS62205DBVT Overview


A Cut Tape (CT) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. There are 5 terminations in this voltage regulator. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. DC/DC regulators such as this one belong to the TPS62205 family of products. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage is maintain at 2.5V. 5 pins are used for switching regulator operation. Ideally this switch regulator should have an output voltage of about 2.5V at the very least. A maximum output current of 300mA A is available to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. By adding the PFM MODE ALSO AVAILABLE feature, this harley voltage regulator is more efficient and stable. As long as the supply voltage is greater than 6V, the voltage regulator 12v will operate correctly. A frequency of 1MHz allows dc to dc voltage regulator to maintain high accuracy.
