optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. There are 6 terminations in this voltage regulator. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 6-UFDFN package for the purpose of space saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. 3MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator.
