TPS62235DRYR Overview
As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In this voltage regulator, 6 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 6-UFDFN package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 2MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.05V as an input voltage. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 6V. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 3.6V as the nominal input voltage. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family TPS62235. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 1.2V volts. To operate the voltage regulator 12v, 6 pins are required. For this switching regulator, it is recommended that the output voltage is at least 1.2V volts. To meet its operating requirements, dc to dc voltage regulator can deliver a maximum output current of 500mA A. Using this voltage regulator 12v, you will be able to get the maximum output voltage of 1.2V. Switching regulators operate at 6V supply voltages.
