TPS62242DRVR Overview


This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 6 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 6-WDFN Exposed Pad package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 2.25MHz. Regulator 2V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2V. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.2V.
