TPS62263DRVT Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. There are 6 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 6-WDFN Exposed Pad package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 600mA output current. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 6V. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 3.6V is provided. As a member of the TPS62263 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator.
