TPS62290DRVT Overview


It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 6-WDFN Exposed Pad package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. 2.25MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.6V volts. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. The TPS62290 family of DC/DC regulators includes this DC/DC regulator. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can produce is 6V volts. During switching regulator operation, 6 pins are used. This voltage regulator 12v should be configured with an output voltage that is at least 600mV. Voltage regulator's maximal output current reaches 1A A to meet the operation requirements. At a frequency of 2.5MHz, dc to dc voltage regulator is capable of maintaining high accuracy.
