TPS62400DRCRG4 Overview


It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are 10 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 2 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. DC-DC switching regulators reach 2.25MHz switching frequencies. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.5V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.6V. Featuring a 400mA 600mA output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible.
