TPS62625YFFR Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, 6 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 6-UFBGA, DSBGA package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 6MHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 5.5V for this voltage regulator 12v.
