TPS62675YFDR Overview


It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 6 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. The space-saving 6-XFBGA, DSBGA package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Fixed output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 6MHz. Regulator 2.3V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.3V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 650mA output current.
