TR80C188XL20 Overview


The embedded microprocessor has been packed in PLCC for convenient overseas shipping. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Bulk. It is a MICROPROCESSOR in terms of uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. As a whole, there are 68 terminations. A 5V voltage supply should be used to turn on and run the cpu microprocessor. This microprocessor has an architecture of 16 bits. A 20MHz frequency is used by the CPU. For information about 68 pins, please refer to the datasheet. Microprocessors is a typical embedded microprocessor. The size of data Bus of the CPU is based on 16b-bit system. If the temperature is higher than 70°C, the microprocessor should not operate. A total of 68 pins are injected into the CPU microprocessor's body. This CPU is widely used in a variety of applications with its Surface Mount mounting. CPU frequency should reach 20MHz. From 5V on, the CPU microprocessor will function. It is specified in the datasheet that this micro processor requires 5V power supplies. A 5V core voltage is present on the CPU. CPU voltage can't be higher than 90mA. A voltage higher than 5.5V shouldn't be used in a normal situation. CPU microprocessors should be fed with 4.5V voltage. The embedded microprocessor also has the following additional features: DRAM REFRESH CONTROLLER; 3 PROGRAMMABLE TIMERS. There are 5 external interrupt terminations due to hardware interrupts. Programming DMA (Direct Memory Access) is done on the 2 channels.
