Presented in 12-UFBGA, DSBGA, this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 2:1. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~85°C TA. 12 terminations have been made so far. The electronic part delivers high-quality output through its 2 channels. When a voltage supply of 2.5V is used, the electronic component should be turned on and run. 12 pins are injected to the electronic part body.
