TS5A3154DCURG4 Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 8-VFSOP (0.091, 2.30mm Width). To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 2:1. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~85°C TA.
