TS952IDT Description


Rail-to-rail BiCMOS operational amplifiers optimized and completely specified for 3 V and 5 V operation make up the TS951, TS952, and TS954 family of devices. The TS951 device is particularly suited for battery powered systems because it is located in the compact 5-pin SOT23 packaging. Due to its capacity to fit inside small places (outside dimensions: 2.8 mm x 2.9 mm), this micropackage makes the PC board design simpler.
