TWL1110GQER Overview
For space-saving purposes, it is packaged in BGA. Tape & Reel (TR) packaging is adopted. There are 80 terminations used to prevent signals from reflecting off the end of the transmission line. In electronic terms, it is a kind of 80-pin device. 80 pins are connected to it. Using the Surface Mount technology, it is mounted to a PCB.
