There is greater flexibility with the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.There is a package in the form of Tube.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 7V~20V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET gate type.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number UC2714.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.During design, it is configured with 16 pins.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 2 outputs that have been integrated.A maximum operating temperature of 85°C is permissible.Temperatures below -40°C are allowed as the minimum.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 7V must be maintained.
