UC2844D8TR Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 12V~28V voltage are supplied and operated. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. The switching controller is capable of switching at the Up to 500kHz position.
