UC3823NG4 Overview
As a result of 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. The pmic is packaged in Tube solid enclosure. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 8.4V~30V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. It can switch at 340kHz~460kHz. The Through Hole allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. The dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start for efficient switching control.
