UC3825DWTRG4 Overview
The switching controller fits in the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. 2 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 8.4V~30V. Workable in an dc switcher where 0°C~70°C TA is the 0°C~70°C TArm. The switching controller can be switched at 340kHz~460kHz.
