UC3843D Overview


The switching controller fits in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Tube solid enclosure protects the pmic. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 12V~28V. Workable in an dc switcher where 0°C~70°C TA is the 0°C~70°C TArm. There is a switch at Up to 500kHz that can be used with this controller.
