UC3845D Overview
Capsuled in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tube solid enclosures. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 7.6V~30V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Worked in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher before. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 500kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters.
