UC3845DR2 Overview


In the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. DC control operates at 7.6V~30V volts and has 7.6V~30V supply voltage. Suitable for a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller can be switched at 500kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount.
