UCC2813D-1 Overview


The switching controller fits in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 7.4V~12V.
