UCC28220DR Overview


With its 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 2 numbers. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 8.4V~14.5V.
