UCC28230DRNT Overview


The switching controller fits in the 12-UFDFN Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 4 outputs. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. 7V~17V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -55°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 100kHz~550kHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Frequency Control, Soft Start. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER.
