UCC28231DRNR Overview


Capsuled in the 12-UFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. dc motor controller is suitable for 4 output generation. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 7V~17V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -55°C~125°C TJ.
