VBP104FASR Overview


In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Digi-Reel?. Photodiodes are protected by 2-SMD, Z-Bend packages in order to ensure their safety. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 60V should be maintained for the photodiodes. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. During the operation of a circuit, photodiodes can release 215mW heat. It is recommended that the reverse anode voltage on the photodiodes be 60V. A circuit should have a maximum heat release rate of 215mW from the photodiodes. With reverse voltage of 60V, the photodiodes can work properly. A photodiode should be able to conduct current at 1.3V voltage. Without light, a photodiode has 2nA current.
