VBPW34SR Overview

Photodiodes are enclosed in Digi-Reel? to prevent damage. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in 2-SMD, Z-Bend packages. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 60V in reverse-bias mode. Photodiodes have a pin count of 2. During a circuit, the photodiodes could release 215mW heat. It is recommended that the reverse anode voltage on the photodiodes be 60V. An ideal circuit would allow the photodiodes to release a maximum amount of heat in the form of 215mW heat. As a result of the reverse voltage of 60V in a DC circuit, the photodiodes will operate properly. A photodiode should be able to conduct current at 1V voltage. Photodiodes need a breakdown voltage of 60V. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 2nA.
