The Tape & Reel (TR) protects these photodiodes from damage. Photodiodes are protected by 0805 (2012 Metric) packages in order to ensure their safety. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 20V. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 20V in reverse-bias mode. It has 2 pins for the photodiodes. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 10pA even without light input.
